Let’s face it. Some days we are too busy to exercise. If you don’t have time for a long workout, try a shortened workout on a vibration platform. Your body may not even miss those extra 20 or 30 minutes. Studies suggest whole-body vibration may be as effective as regular exercise.

If you’re physically unable to exercise, standing or sitting on a whole body vibration machine daily may deliver some of the metabolic benefits that you’re missing. When the machine vibrates, it transmits energy to the body, and muscles contract and relax multiple times during each second.
