Step 1 – Damage to the Shipping Container

Upon receipt of the Live Vibe and before accepting delivery, inspect the container for visible damage.

If damage is observed note such damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading.

CALL or email Ridge and obtain a Return Manufactures Authorization (RMA).

Step 2 – Hassle Free Return

Within 30 days of purchase date the Live Vibe can be returned. There will be a charge of $335.00 to

return the Live Vibe to cover shipping costs. The Live Vibe MUST be returned in the original shipping

container. All original packing material MUST be installed in the shipping container.

Ridge will provide the return shipping label. CALL or email for details before shipping.

Step 3 – Other Returns including Warranty work

Return of the Live Vibe after 30 days for any repair work is as follows. The Live Vibe should be returned

in the original shipping container. If the original shipping container is not available Ridge will provide the

container. Cost to return the Live Vibe and to do any repair work will be determined on a case

by case basis. CALL before returning.

Ridge can provide a replacement Live Vibe for any unit that fails during service. CALL for details.
